IF:Theatre - Family House On Vacation

I keep drawing houses. This was originally for a short animation I started on early last spring, hoping I'll finish it someday. I've added some coloring and details in the background. This illu will also be added as a print in my nordic and international shop. A few seconds are included in my animation reel below if you're curious of how it looks animated.

The Astronaut Cat, Illustration Friday, Reverse

Latest news:
The astronaut cat meowed me a "I'm all well and on my way to mars as we speak."
With those words, let's just hope the astronaut cat finds her way back home safely and with proof of cat life on mars.

Will be in shop today, hooray!
I wish you all a very lovely sunny sunday!

New and Old

I'm home from my vacation in Italy. Pics from that in the week to come, lots and lots! Will be hard to choose just a few. I'm happy to be home, I can hardly stand to think about pizzas and pasta anymore, I'm going have to take my yoga training more seriously now, ha!
Anyway, before the trip I finished making these folded cards both for my swedish shop at Signerat and to my Etsy shop. It's actually an old illustration I did as a Illustration Friday challenge on the theme 100%.
You can see it here
I colored it on my computer, cut and hand folded them. Looks really cute!
"If not for you
the winter would
have no spring"

is taken from the beautiful song If Not For You by Bob Dylan. Couldn't find the real version but here's a rehearsal clip him singing the song with George Harrison, another great singer songwriter I adore. Here's the clip:

Illustration Friday: Impossibility

She couldn't possibly be my real baby but sometimes it feels like she is - my darling cat!

Illustration Friday: Intricate

I call this the machinery. It's very complicated. Does this mean I'm complicated? Is this my machinery?
I think I'll ponder on that for a while...

Drawing done with ink pen.
Ever since my Etsy thinking began I've thought of selling prints. That was my original goal with Etsy, I just have to buy a very much expensive printer, anyone who has any suggestions/recommendations on which one I should buy?

Illustration Friday: Resolve

This sometimes happens. My cat jumps or climbs up on things high enough and really don't think of the consequences. I wonder how she in the end tries to resolve it? She looks so funny when she hesitates and tries a lot of different ways to get down, but often later settles with the long jump down.

Illustration Friday: Opinion

"Sand between my toes, ice-cream swirls and sunkissed skies, rolling around in the sand, making sand castles." This is my opinion of a great summer. It's so cold here in Stockholm now, below zero deegres. I long for those hot hot summerdays. Maybe I'll get some of that in December.....cause I'm going to Spain!

Illustration Friday: Pretend

-Benny gave me this scarf as a birthday present, but I don't know...it's kinda mean letting him on, you know? And the thing to pretend we're humans and all creeps me out!
